Visiting Berkshire East Mountain Resort!
When you arrive you’ll first meet our crew at the customer service desk right here in the main lodge of Berkshire East. Here is where we’ll answer all of your questions about all of the activities we offer such as our three levels of zip lining, our white water rafting or guided kayak trips on the Deerfield River.

Maybe you’re here to take some rides on the Thunderbolt, North America’s longest mountain coaster, or purchase a lift ticket or rental equipment at the thunder mountain bike park.The first thing we’ll ask you to do is fill out some common waiver forms and then we’ll get you on your way.

We also operate a retail area with clothing and gear that reflect all of our activities here at the resort.
